book i read - Silent Raga

Its been quiet long since i came across a really good book,
but when i saw this book in library i just took it
and thus i met Janaki and Mallika the two characters of the book
through their eyes i saw the culture of Tamil Brahmins
relished the food on banana leaves
felt the pain which they went through and
 heard the Silent Raga too.

Do read this book and get mesmerised,
perfect for a rainy evening with a cup of chai and some chips.

Book Name - Silent Raga

wall decor with cushion cover

Last time when i had been to Delhi i bought some cushion cover

s but they were small for the cushions which i had at home ,so one noon i thought of sticking them on the blank wall in our living room  with the help of blue tac and thus i did .
one right in front of the Ganesha corner near the entrance foyer

and the other opposite the wall where i have stuck my Ganesha painting ,so this is how the hall looks now :-)
